Just FYI-I do know that the update email doesn't go out until the day after I post this message, but the announcements aren't given out until Wednesday night so if you are getting these on a Thursday, it's just to remind you what the announcements were. Hope you are all having a great week and here is the latest buzz from the HSM:
1) H2O resumes Sunday February 10th in our host homes (JH-Abens in China Spring area and Butlers in Woodway/Hewitt area; HS-Pritchards in China Spring area and Loughlins in Woodway/Hewitt area). It will go from 6-8pm and there are directions available in the youth room. We are studying Growing in Christ and will cover the first 2 lessons. If you need a book, we are selling them in the youth room for $5.
2) Discipleship Experiment is still going on. If you haven't picked up a book to participate in this 30-day discipleship experiment, then get one today in the youth room. They are free.
3) We are taking applications and deposits for the Guatemala trip from all juniors and seniors who are interested starting Feb 6th. Depending on the response, we will open it to sophomores on Feb 17th. If you want more details about the trip email or call Ronny.
4) We are selling all left over t-shirts from previous events in the youth room for $8 each. The money from these sales will go towards future mission trips. We have a limited amount of sizes so come get the ones you want quick.
