Youth Week Info

We mailed this to your houses this week with permission slips for paintball, but just so we can say that it was available online too here it is...the youth week schedule:

Monday
Paintball-$10 per person
We will be leaving the church parking lot at 9:30am to go shoot each other up with some paint. All are welcome...make sure to wear jeans and long sleeves because the paintballs hit with some velocity! We will be back to the church by 1pm.
Release form must be filled out to play. You can meet us there (Power Play) at 10am if you don’t want to ride the vans! It’s gonna be a great time so come kick the week off right with us!

Tuesday
HSM Bowling League
Ok so it’s not really a league, but we’re gonna have some fun settin’ ‘em up and knockin’ ‘em down at Westview Lanes starting at 10am. The cost will be $5.50 for shoe rental and two games. So get your best pro bowler shirt and head out to the lanes with us. Vans will be available for transportation leaving the church parking lot at 9:30am. We will return sometime around 11:30 or 12 noon.

Wednesday
Free Pizza at Intersection to welcome the new 7th graders!! We’ll start eating at 5pm and Intersection will start at 6pm. Obviously we won’t be going to eat afterwards.

Thursday
Picnic at the Park
Since the lake is closed we are replacing Lake Day with Picnic at the Park. We are going to meet up at Redwood Shelter in Cameron Park for a cookout.
Make sure to bring frisbees, footballs, etc. and join us for an afternoon of fellowship and fun. We’ll be there at 10:30am and stay until 1:30pm.

Friday
Party on the Pavement
We’re going to finish the week off with a little evening fun up at the church. Bring the whole family up to the church parking lot on Friday night and we are going to have our very own HSM Drive-in Movie. The movie won’t start until after dark (which will be around 8:45pm), but come and hang out with us early starting around 8pm. Bring your own lawn chairs and snacks and we will provide a fun environment for the whole family. I can’t think of a better way to end our week of events welcoming the new 7th graders than taking in a great flick with all of your new friends!

That is the schedule for next week so make plans to be a part of all the excitement!
